Belgian style amber, 8.7% barrel aged in one bourbon, and one red wine with brettanomyces and blended. Bottle conditioned.

Pours a clear amber with copious foamy head. Very carbonated. Aroma is pronounced and loaded with esters, banana, clove, tangy. Flavor follows aroma, lots of clove, allspice, banana, esters, oaky, sharp bitter finish. Extremely foamy and carbonated, it seems to explode in my mouth. Overall this is a cool beer, I don't care for the sharp bitter finish personally.
