Look: Bittersweet chocoalate brown with mocha brown foamy head. Good retention that takes it time before it subsides to a ring.
Aroma: Bitter chocolate, coffee grounds.
Taste: Forward milk/semisweet chocolate, coffee in the back seat. Pleasant bitterness on the finish.
Feel: Rich mouthfeel. Smooth finish. Fine Tingly carbonation enrobes the tongue.
Easy drinking stout. Very enjoyable! Will buy this one again.

16 ounce can packaged 10/27/22.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 1/2 inch tan head over a black body with sticky lacing.
Head dissipates down to a ring in a couple minutes.
Nose of dark malt and milk chocolate, slight coffee, and even slighter vanilla.
Taste follows nose with the milk chocolate giving way to some bitter chocolate and coffee from the middle to a fairly dry finish. Also, a bit of malted milk coming through as it warms.
Nice, almost creamy mouthfeel.
Overall, quite a tasty treat from Portland, ME.
Cheers!

Can from the Packie
Inky black in color with a bubbly tan head that shows moderate retention. Earthy roasty creamed coffee with a sweet milk sugar flavor. Faint chocolate, moderate vanilla.

Poured into a 16 oz Snulip glass not sure when it was canned. Pours near pitch black with a 2 plus finger sticky light brown head that leaves thin streaks of lace as it slowly settles. 4.25
Aroma deep dark chocolate, coffee grounds, vanilla bean, toffee, and caramel. 4.25
Taste follows dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, toffee, and caramel. 4.25
Mouthfeel is bigger than average, a tad dry, fairly gentle carbonation, and at 9% it goes down easy enough. 4.25
Overall this is a really nice Imperial Stout that I would gladly pick up again. 4.25
