Skiing and IPAs go together like milk and cookies. I’ve only skied once, BUT have had a few IPAs in my day to know that nothing hits harder on a crisp New England Winter day than a tropical tasting beer to warm you up. Great presentation here with a fluffy head and golden haze. Aroma wise, the hops tantalize you. They give off the bittersweet aroma we all love. Taste wise you get an explosion of hoppy flavors, enhanced by the double dry hopping. I get heavy orange, general citrus, and maybe some melon. A nice bitter bite at the end that has you thirsting for another sip. An easy to drink NEIPA. Would pair well with a ski slope. I got to get back on the hill.
