Pours a clear yellow colour. Smells sweet and yeasty, with aromas of apple juice and a bit of clove. Light and dry body throughout, low carbonation. Green apple verjus, peel, and a little bit of earthy funk. Milder then most berliner weisses.

L: Pours straw gold with a champagne like head that dissipates fairly quick.
S: Tangy lemony wheat aromas, light funk, tart.
T: Spicy orange and lemon, light wheat, no hops, hint of tropical fruit.
F: Light, clean and crisp. The carbonation is champagne fine and soft.
O: A refreshing, acidic beer that is not puckeringly sour. Almost like drinking a cloud.

One of my first beers from this newish Minnesota brewery. Tasted 4 October 2014.
The pour is a bit concerning. Only a light puff when the cork unsealed, suggesting low carbonation. Pours medium golden yellow, almost no head, and no visible carbonation. Looks dead flat.
Smell is like a lightly tart cider. Apples, gently sweet, with just a touch of tartness. Very apple-y.
Taste is much like the smell. Lightly sweet, which I find odd, and heavy on the unripe apples. Minimal tart, mostly late. Fades out like fruit juice.
Feel is, as predicted, really flat. It's fairly light, though a bit too mouth-filling. The carbonation almost picks up mid-way through, but drops away. For this style of beer, it's way way under-carbonated.
Pretty meh. Carbonation is way too low, but that's not the only problem. Flavors are unusual for a berliner, not clean, and the tartness is totally overshadowed by apples and sweetness.

Thanks Steasy66!
Appearance. Pours yellow gold with a light haze and 1.5 fingers of frothy white head.
Smell. Lactic sour with a bit of sweet wheat and a bit of lemon juice. Smells like a proper Berliner and that's a good start.
Taste. Light sourness with some lemon and lime, a bit of sweet wheat, and some dry white wine and pineapple (of all things). Interesting but not amazing flavours and maybe not very true to the style.
Mouthfeel. Light body with below medium, fine and fairly soft carbonation.
Overall. Like I said, interesting for sure but misses the mark a bit as far as what I expect from a traditional Berliner.
