Poured into a 16 oz ale glass. Rich dark brown color. Minimal head. Very smooth mouth-feel, spicy with a hint of chocolate. Good to the last drop.

Pours brilliant deep chestnut. Dark malt and banana aromas – not a lot of clove. Smooth, creamy and malty palate with banana and a hint of citrus with mild dark malt flavors. Evokes fresh banana bread with traces of chocolate and dark sugars. Medium body and medium carbonation. An easy to drink weizenbock.

Poured from a 25.3oz bottle into a 22 oz glass.
Not much head on the pour. The color is a chocolate brown and is opaque. The aroma has a certain spiciness to it and you can definitely smell the wheat. The carbonation is good and serves to spice up the beer a little bit. However, the it seems like the carbonation is masking a lack of taste from the beer. The flavor isn't very full. I do, however, enjoy the aftertaste. It's sort of a chocolate aftertaste. The overall feel of the beer is phenomenal, though. It's nice and thick and the carbonation lightens it up a little bit so it doesn't just sit in your gut. In fact, it leaves a nice warm feeling in your gut that we all love to feel after having a beer late at night. It drinks easily despite feeling very full and almost syrupy.
I really like this beer, but it could stand to have a little change to the flavoring. It just doesn't taste "warm" enough. However, the fullness and the drinkability more than make up for it. I'll probably be buying this again.

Rich and full of robust hefeweizen-like flavors, but lacking a certain something.
