I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the Hillside in Seattle.
Appearance: medium yellow with a bit of haze and a thin layer of white foam.
Smell: lightly sweet and tart; well-rounded and enticing.
Taste: balanced, tart, sweet and damn refreshing. Even a dash of salt keeping it stylistically on point. Great!
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a good carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: super to-style and refreshing. I dig it.
