From the one liter bottle, it pours a hazy amber color with a modest off-white head that slowly reduces. The nose gets a bready malty scent. The mouth, a dose of alcohol with the malty flavor predominating.
Note: I drank this a little warm as I knew I couldn't get it on the plane, but it is an easy drinking brew, even at slightly higher temps.
