April 29 2025 from a can into a mug.
Look: Pale straw, cloudy, big white head that dissipates quickly, leaving lacing on the glass. A little like dirty straw water, frankly.
Smell: Lemony? Some bread? Not a lot.
Taste: Follows the nose. Lemony, bread, slight straw, slight sourness. A little hop bitterness. Not much aftertaste.
Feel: That's the best part. It's cold and light. Lots of carbonation.
Overall: It's definitely better than the big company light beers, but that's not saying much, is it? After mowing the grass on a hot day, this would be fine ice cold. It's got a slight lemony taste, with the typical breadiness, but it's light. If you like light beers, this is certainly worth a try. It's probably better even than any of the non-light Buds, Coors, and Michelobs of the world! I'd drink this if offered it on a hot day, and I'm a strong IPA guy.
