8/7/19....pours clear copper with light touches of a white foam. Mostly malty nose, bready too. Earthy pine flavor. Chewy. Resins mixed in that drive a sharp flavorful bitter. Closes fast.

I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had pine cone notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with pine resin presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

Poured from the tap at the brewery into a pint glass. The appearance is a nice amber color. The aroma has an odd hop scent that carries through to the taste. Overall, an average beer.

Mach 1 IPA from the Rocket Republic was good. I am impressed with the local brewers in Huntsville, AL - the last place I would think good brewing would come from, but there it is, nonetheless.
Great looking beer with a nice dark caramel colored head -good staying power and very nice lacing. Smell was outstanding, rich undertones of coriander, roasted malts, and cinnamon. Mouthfeel was just about right, although the aftertaste was a bit too strong for my liking. Taste was just about right, not quite there as the bitterness of the IPA took away from those rich flavorings smelled from the glass. Overall, I was impressed and sadly only was able to try two.

A-very clear gold color with a nice white head that leaves a good lace
S-grapefruit, hoppy, with a good malt background
T-hop up front that turns to a grapefruit aftertaste that goes to a dry mouth
M-Medium body and medium carbonation
O-This is a great Alabama IPA that I could not wait to taste this and now I cant wait to try another

A: Pours crystal clear golden yellow with a nice red tint. Nice 2-3 finger white head and a fairly significant amount of sticky lacing.
S: Grapefruit, orange peel, pine, bitter hops.
T: Nice citrus flavors with hop bitterness.
M: Medium body with nice carbonation. Crisp and refreshing.
O: A very solid IPA. I like it when one of the local breweries is making a quality product.
