Poured from 32 oz crowler into snifter.
A: Clear golden amber with some red undertones. One finger off-white head that lasted a good while, and leaving some significant lacing.
S: When I first popped the top on the crowler, I got a quick punch of grapefruit and oranges aroma, but less in the glass. Plenty of pine and earthy hops.
T: Biscuit malts with piney and resinous hops. Grapefruit, orange peel, and a touch of honey sweetness.
M: Full bodied with a lightly bitter finish. A little light on the carbonation.
O: Definitely an amped up version of Mach I, and an enjoyable beer. I wish there was a bit more citrus, and a little lighter body.
