Poured on draft at the taproom.
A: Clear cherry red with zero head and no lacing.
S: Ripe cherries, banana, and clove. Belgian yeast.
T: Cherry, banana, clove, and a touch of ack pepper. I expected it to be tarter, but this leans more to the sweeter side.
M: Medium body and average carbonation.
O: I wish the head was more prominent, but otherwise a nicely executed Tripel and the cherries add an additional flavor component.
