I tried this at the Pie Factory in Florence, AL. It poured a clear mahogany amber with no head and no lace. The scent had caramel malt tones. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet bread like base. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

First had Astronut poured from 12-oz. can into faceted mug. Not a complicated beer, but well-balanced between roast malts, nuttiness and hoppy finish.

Personally, this falls into the category of "yet another unimpressive Amerian brown ale." Drinkable, with nothing offensive about it, but nothing that compels me to purchase again. It's fine at best.

Poured from the tap into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear dark brown color with a large tan head. The aroma is roasted malt and brown sugar. The taste is malt driven.

Fantastic mouthfeel and body. Nicely roasted malt with coffee bean and toffee undertones - one of the better brown ales I've had in a while.

A-clear dark brown color with a large off white head that leave a good lace
S-roasted caramel malt, sweet like brown sugar
T-Roast taste is the first taste, then the caramel malt sweetness hits you, and the it goes to a light roasted bitterness and caramel aftertaste.
M-full body, medium carbonation
O-This is a super Alabama beer. .It has most everything you look for in a Brown Ale enjoyed it
