Had this on nitro in a tulip glass. Pour is pitch black with a thin, tan head. Smells boozy with oaky overtones. Taste is sublime. Everything I hoped for in a Belgian-style imperial stout. Extremely drinkable which is dangerous in a beer over 12%. Highly recommended.

This is described as a Belgian style Imperial Stout barrel aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for four months. There is a huge whiskey flavor and aroma. Vanilla and sweet malt. So aromatic with the most delicious boozy notes.
This is one of my favorite Bourbon aged beers ever. On tap at the brewery tasting room in Temecula.
