Clear golden brew with plenty of white foam and bubbles streaming in the Troubadour tulip. Sharp and sudsy mouthfeel with a zingy white grape aroma.
This has more of a winey than grape flavor. It's quite intriguing, tasting more like a Saison than a Pilsner. Just slightly bitter. But the German hop taste emerges with that crisp and resiny gentle bite. Then a lingering fruity finish with some bitter astringency in the aftertaste. From the 32 oz growler purchased at the Temecula brewery yesterday.
