This is a pleasant and not terribly hoppy brew. Hops are listed as Mosaic and Lemondrop. There's a straw and light lemony taste. Not much bitterness. I am thinking of the smell of libraries and file drawers, cardboard and waxed wood, but a pleasing nostalgic sort of aroma.
Sloshing and frothy in the big Duvel tulip and it's definitely hazy. Quite sudsy in the mouth. Lime peel aftertaste. Quite quaffable and certainly a different sort of IPA, I"d even call it a Pale Ale with the bready and fruity mix. Kind of murky but friendly. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market.
