Some haze pouring in the tall Kölsch glass, a lovely shade of yellow with a fine-grained foam. Quite fruity and tangy. This is a collaboration with Pizza Port. Brewed with Simcoe and Wakatu hops. Huge aroma of orange with lime peel in the nose.
Citrus peel aftertaste with not a lot of bitterness. Rated at 65 IBUs, which is yet another example of how more IBUs doesn't necessarily mean it's very bitter, and vice versa. Very drinkable if you like a fruitier hoppy brew. From the four-pack of 16 oz cans purchased at Barons Market.

looks pretty in the glass after being poured from an absolutely beautiful gold can with a blue banner.... best thing i can say about this brew... overly malty as if from some new brewery trying to make their way in to the IPA scene. amateurish sweetness which kills the IPA at heart yet, i believe, was intended to be taken as a 'juicy' west coaster.... sorry guys... it's not my flavorite.... but you're getting decent ratings on untappd so maybe it's me? it's drinkable; but i wouldn't drink it again by choice....
