On tap at Bulldog Brewery in Murrieta, CA.
Pours a hazy dark copper with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, caramel, and fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with caramel and fruit flavors on the finish. There is also a distinct cleaning product flavor that lingers on the palate after each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty poor beer that tastes off.
