A unique and surprisingly good IPA, which is dry and has a lot of citrus flavors without tasting like a New England style fruit bomb. The carbonation is moderate to heavy, which accentuates a wonderful bouquet of lemons and tropical hops. What you don't get is a lot of residual sugars, and this combination of dry and bubbly makes this IPA finish like a brut champagne or maybe a farmhouse ale.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger white head that died down, leaving a patch of bubbles on the surface and a wide collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lemons are present in the nose along with notes of mangos.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is both citrusy and tropical with flavors of lemons and mangos. Only a faint amount of bitterness is detectable.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has nice lemony aromas and flavors and does a good job at masking any traces of alcohol from the taste. It's unique for an Imperial IPA as there is hardly any bitterness.
