Fika is a Swedish inspired milk stout. We brewed this beer with cholaca, cardamom and lactose then aged with Gimme! Coffee and vanilla beans! This beer is incredibly tasty and at 5.3% very drinkable!

A: The beer is very dark brown in color and close to being black when viewed from afar. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a large, thin patch of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of coffee beans are present in the smell.
T: The taste has flavors of chocolate and coffee along with notes of cardamom and lactose as well as hints of vanilla beans.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is lighter in body compared to what I expected, but is easy to drink and has a nice mixture of flavors in the taste.
