Drinking this at The Bearwaters Brewing Company in Canton NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears a clear golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly bready and floral.
Taste follows the nose, would be even better if it were a little more floral.
Mouth feel is medium for the style, nice and soft
Overall a nice Pilsener that went well with the great food that I got while here.
A fine example of a Pilsener that I would definitely order again.
