This beer features a malt profile akin to Hawaiian sweet bread along with a splash of ripe mango. A late kettle addition of Cascade hops adds yet another layer of fruit into this beer designed for warm weather enjoyment.

12 ounce can, no dating that I was able to find on it. Got this from a friend who was in NC this past week. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours a somewhat clear amber color with not quite an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent. I like the aroma, I think the mango stands out but there's also some toasted and bready malt noticeable. As with the aroma, the mango stands out compared to the other flavors and there's also some toasted/bready malt and light pine/floral flavors along with a slight bitter finish. With that being said, the mango isn't overpowering here. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and a bit coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew a lot, helps if you like mango but it's also a good refreshing summer brew!
