Drinking this at The Bear Waters Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Canton NC with The Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Looks dark amber, brown with a tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells malty, sweet, fruity
Taste follows the nose nicely with hints of raisins.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice example of a Dunklewisen that I would definitely order again.
