Drinking this at The Bear Waters Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Canton NC The Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Looks dark brown almost black with a nice foamy tannish head that dropped quickly to a thick ring.
Smells bready, sweet,
Taste follows the nose nicely with hints of licorice
Mouth feel is medium for the style
Overall a very nice example of a Black Lager that I would definitely order again.
