Drinking this at The Hazelwood, Waynesville North Carolina Bear Waters Brewing Company with the Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Looks dark brown almost black with a nice foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells Cocoa, Malty and rye.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a smooth creamy finish and a little rye and cocoa at the end.
Mouth feel is creamy and smooth
Overall a very nice example of a Baltic Porter that I would definitely order again.
