This is a pretty sleek looking new brewpub in part of an old bank. The interior is nice and cozy/modern, the bar is plain, there are some tables, and there is a lovely terrace out back.

The beer constantly rotates and the menu is simple. They have quite a few taps and the beers are fairly solid. The are nothing mind-blowing but good. This particular Benelux focuses more on English styles and low ABV stuff.

The menu had some random snack food just made for playing with pairings, some paninis and foot-long sausages on baguettes with sauerkraut. The menu is simple but I don't know that it is super expensive. I had a flight of five samples, a sausage (comes with chips and olives), and a pint for 25 with tip.

Not great, not bad. Awesome place for Verdun and probably the best beer around the Sud-Ouest.

Worth checking out, but if you're in Montreal on vacation I think their other location has more selection and is less out of the way.

Will definitely go again. Worth it for the terrace alone!

Until these guys came along a few months ago, pubs had not been allowed in this area (Verdun) for about a hundred years. So there is some pent up demand :-) Their beer selection (brewed locally, by law) is superb, and they add new ones all the time. Their American Pale Ale (Velo) is amazing. The food is very limited, with a few snacks and some sandwiches. The ambiance is nice, with a large back terrace, where you completely forget that you are in the middle of Verdun. The biggest problem is the service, which varies wildly. There are a couple of very good staff, but some (most) have the kind of attitude that makes you want to get up and leave. They have a bizarre policy of $25 minimums on cards, although it seems to vary by waiter. On a bad day, service is painfully slow (less patient friends have actually gotten up and left). I hope these are growing pains (the place is very new still) which will be resolved with time.

Came here on my day off last Monday.

Housed in an old Bank of Montreal building (the ATM is still there in between both doors, convenient!). They've captured some of the Montreal brewpub's decor, lots of tables with a tiny second floor with about 5-6 tables. About 7-8 beers on tap which is good. Focus is mainly on English-style ales.

The best part for me is the terrace in the back. Large tree offers shade over tables, couches and benches scattered about. There's also places to catch some sun as well. Like being in someone's backyard. Well isolated from the neighbors.

While the beer i had was average, i think this is good for Verdun.
