Citrus & bacon. Shouldn't work but somehow it does. Probably because the smokiness, despite having a distinct bbq edge, doesn't overwhelm what is otherwise a clean, citrusy, hoppy, pale ale. I can't drink more than one smoked beer in a single sitting but this example is one of the more enjoyable ones I've tasted. Gammon & pineapple.
