Served cool from 330ml bottle into tulip glass.
L) Pale yellow colour, cloudy, lots of rapidly rising small bubbles, dense but thin white head.
S) Sweet tropical fruit odour, very nice smell.
T) Relatively muted bitterness, and the various hop flavours come through nicely. There isn't a pronounced sweet malt background but overall for a fairly well hopped IPA, it comes through as being balanced. Really like this one.
F) Quite an easy drinking beer. Carbonation is about right and not a lot of bitterness on the aftertaste.
O) Very nicely balanced IPA, it is easy drinking and tasty. My first Weird Beard beer, I thought it might be a bit more 'out there' but it is really good, will seek out more of their products.
