Poured from the cask into a snifter by Kate the Great at Doc Ponds. 1/2 inch head dissipates down to a ring in a few minutes. Nose of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit. Taste follows with a wonderful finish. Feel is superior for a cask. Overall, another fine presentation from the brewery and the venue. Thanks Kate!
