Light golden color with a 4F head in a Spielgelau IPA glass.
Aroma: melon, citrus, pine.
MF: lightly sticky ( great for a DIPA).
Full pine, citrus and melon taste.
Moderately hoppy finish.
Excellent beer. The flavors broaden with warming.

A double shot of Galaxy hops. Really nice complexity for a single hop beer. Golden, fresh, consistent double flavor hit from first sip to last. Outstanding and thoroughly New England!

On tap at McGillicuddy’s. Pours a hazy burnt orange with an inch of head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is pineapple, grapefruit and lemon. Some herbal/dank hops. The taste is honey, pineapple and some citrus. Honey, toasted malts and lemon peel. Herbal hop finish with some citrus peel. Lightly carbonated with a soft, dry mouthfeel. Slightly boozey. Overall, pretty solid brew.
