16 oz. can. Pours with a very foamy head with big bubbles. A little hazy. Smells of earthy brett yeast, some citrus and garlic hops, and a little sweetness. Tastes of aggressive brett, citrus hops, a little garlic. Dry back end. Does not taste like 8% at all. Earthy, spicy, and bitter finish. I wonder if this was intended, but I quite enjoy it.

On tap at Lost Nation Brewing in Morrisville, VT.
This one pours a mostly clear orange color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This has that classic oily sweet and berry Mosaic character on the nose that I don't always love. It stinks with it, but it's undeniably a classic Mosaic pathway.
This has a clean bitterness, with lots of Mosaic sweetness, blueberry skin, and sweet pink grapefruit. It has a bit of a slickness, an almost oiliness. It takes slightly away from the crispness I expected here.
This is light bodied, and slightly slick as mentioned above, with a pretty good level of drinkability.
I've liked a few others Tossing Seeds variants a bit better, but this was still worth a try.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt yellow color with a slim cap of a white foamy head softly died off to leave some mellow lace, slightly concave.
The aroma took those mosaic hops and brought forth strong notes of citrus rind, grassiness, onion danky character and sweet earthiness.
The flavor leads with a danky sweet mosaic character, full and oniony, cirrusy bitter rind and grasping at herbal to earthy qualities. Light on the aftertaste some onion, grass and earthiness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Nice carbonation about it. Unwavering ABV with a great finish of danky onion and earthiness, slightly sticky.
Overall damn nice imperial IPA exhibiting the mosaic hop traits. Of course, I would have this again.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a large patch of bubbles on the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of limes and stone fruit are present in the nose along with hints of herbs.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of citrusy flavors - limes stand out in particular - along with strong notes of stone fruit and hints of herbs and pine. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA does a very good job at showcasing the aromas and flavors of the Mosaic hops. It also hides any traces of alcohol very well.
