Like many other beers from Lost Nation (e.g. Mosaic IPA), this IPA is bold as NEIPA can be. The smell and taste are pungent and bitter, with a dry and bitter aftertaste. Unlike many hazy beers, there is absolutely no sweetness in this beer, which surprisingly covers the ABV really well.

16 oz. can.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a hazy, light golden body. Nose of orange and a bit of peach and passion fruit as well. Real nice flavors that mirror the nose but in a tad more intense way, with a finish of orange and citrus pith. Good feel and overall, a great DIPA that needs a little more carbonation to be a home run. Cheers!

a great double ipa from these guys, super juicy, a nice showcase of what these hops are all about, very on trend, hazy and dry hoppy, but really well done overall. its got a pale orange shade to it and a big rich frothing creamy head from the tap. aroma is galaxy all the way, lime and kiwi fruit and soft melon and wine grape, a hint of tea, and a little more alpha acid bite than i normally associate with them, but its awesome. some juicy peach in the flavor, lemongrass, orange juice, and more white grape, some vegetal hop oversaturation in the finish, but its not an over the top mess, just a little green. fuller bodied and creamy feeling, raw wheat and oats both likely in this mash, dry though, and flavorful. it comes apart a little bit as it warms up, but so do most of these. great hop intensity and it seems custom made to highlight the best part of this incredible hop varietal. i would love to try the other ones in this tossing seeds series. this is up there with the best beers i have had from lost nation!

On tap at Lost Nation Brewing in Morrisville, VT.
This one pours a slightly hazy yellow color, with a fluffy head and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty dank and piney, with lots of big juicy orange and passionfruit.
This is a great use of Galaxy, within a somewhat old school IPA framework. It's old school in that it's pretty intensely bitter, but in a good way. There's some juicy stone fruit, grapefruit, and passionfruit, and no malt character.
This is a bit of a palate blaster, so it's good I had it last in the flight. It's still very drinkable, with a lingering clean bitterness on the finish.
I haven't usually loved the hoppy beers from this brewery, while loving most of their other beers. This is a nice change up from that- probably the first hoppy beer I've really liked from them.
