Poured from an undated 16 oz can, into the test glass
A - Dark copper color, a touch of haze tries to hide the content, Gently carbonated, a thin off white cap slowly recedes to a ring.
S - Doughy grain first off, a bit of noble hop, earthy with hint of cut grass, sweet dark brown bread in the mix.
T - Semi sweet malt, a hint of dark honey, again earthy hops, yellow rasian comes to mind. again with a hint of light brown sugar.
M - Medium in body, delicate on the palate, pleasantly dry, within a tight range. The finish has a bit of graham cracker.
O - A very nice Marzen, note to sweet, not to heavy, with a crisp finish.

Canned 2020/10/29
Pours a med-larger fizzy 1+ finger head with moderate retention, a little rocky, a bit of whispy lacing, very hazy med gold color
Nose brings cereal grains, fair malt depth possibly decoction, grainy-sweet pilsner malts, a little doughy, light herbal floral noble hops
Taste brings more of the grainy-sweet pilsner malt, doughy, grainy, a little corn note, plenty of cereal, and some malt depth possible decoction, hops kick in quickly with a med bitterness, floral herbal and a bit spicy for the noble hops, nice soft lager, drier finish with med spicy hop bitterness
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, soft lager, med-higher carb that borders effervescent
Overall a solid German pilsner style beer, not quite sure I would call it a Marzen, but it's a well done tasty pilsner, if this was called a German pilsner the numbers would be quite high

16 oz. can.
Canned 10/29/20.
Moderate pour yields a one and a half inch white head over a superb bright golden body with very nice lacing. Nose of cracker, malt, a little hops and a bit of spice. Taste of cracker and malt with slightly burnt toast and finishing a tad dry with a little spice. Very nice! Feel is more than adequate and overall, the boys up in Morrisville, Vermont did a stand up job with this one.
Cheers!
