Great head level, top notch bottle.
Best beer aroma ever, pure apricotty hoppy delight.
This would be better if it was just barley and oats, the wheat gives it a heaviness it would be better without...
Quite tangy, though flavor is pretty top notch...

First had IPA No. 2 "West Coast Special" in December 2015 at Howling Hops brewery and tank bar, Hackney Wick, London, on draft from conditioning tank into faceted, barrel-shaped mug.
Enjoyed on first visit to a "tank bar," the conditioning tank label touted this as a west coast IPA, with Mosaic, Amarillo, Simcoe and Colombus hops, which definitely meets the requirements.
