Rye being quite a spicy/peppery grain, we've chosen to pair this with decadent hops Sabro and Enigma, both known for their tropical and coconut flavours. Super-pale, hazy and complex, with notes of berries, pineapple and coconut from the hops mingling with a sweet note of spice from the rye malt. Citra gives it a lemony finish in the dry hop at the end.

L: Hazy, yellow/orange with that rye beer brown colour at the centre. Head was small and short lived.
S: Malty, an almost caramel aroma, at first that quickly changes to fresh green bell pepper.
T: Spicy rye bumps up against rich tropical fruit. The result is interesting, not at all bad, but slightly confused. Maybe?
F: Medium body with a chewy yet dry mouthfeel.
O: Feels a bit experimental. Not greater than the sum of its parts.
