Our yearly ode to that classic malty, crispy, golden brew that signifies the return of cooler days and the harvest.
We brewed Festbier in the traditional German way, using Augustiner Helles-style yeast and Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner malt for an ultra-clean, rich, nutty and sweet malty profile.

L: Light haze, burnt orange colour, clouds of microbubbles, one finger of cream head.
S: Clean and malty.
T: A little bit lemony, a little bit caramel. Slightly sour aftertaste.
F: Medium body, light carbonation, drying finish.
O: So-so. Clean hops and light malt all as expected but the sour aftertaste is off-putting.
