Our latest collaboration with London-based Goodness Brewing, we’ve used Yakima Chief's YCH 303 Trial cryo hops coated in Phantasm powder, made from skins of New Zealand wine grapes in the form of sauvignon blanc musk powder to deliver an incredible blackcurrant burst, perfectly complemented by hints of lychee and guava.
