Light and refreshing, not overly complex but very enjoyable all the same. Mild malty aroma, mild flavour of hops, bready malt and very light grassy, citrus notes .

Pint at Mullaghmore beach (€5.10):
Bright amber with a thin, foamy white lacing & some build up of lacing on the sides too. The nose is biscuit & pale malts with a little caramel & grassy hops but it's quite light & not too complex. It's a similar taste with biscuit malts, some larger type ones too & a hint of citrus the some grassy hops & biscuit to finish. It's a medium bodied beer with a semi-bitter feel & fairly good carbonation as well.
