Had on-tap at the Olde Castle Pub in Donegal, poured into a pint glass.
L: Poured a clear light golden color. 2 fingers of white head. Reasonable lacing.
S: Lightly toasted malts and mild hops. Faint citrus.
T/F: Nice mild malt flavor... notes of citrus/lemon. Slight ester character. Smooth and drinkable. Good carbonation. Hops at the finish.
O: An unspecified (presumed Belgian) pale ale brewed specifically for the Olde Castle Pub in Donegal. Solid ale... easy drinking and tasty. Pairs well with the outstanding Irish pub food.
