Blend of Gose and Saison aged in a gin barrel with cherries and wild yeast.
Drank two of these, served in a fluted tulip glass at Northdown.

Reddish amber color, thin layer of frothy foam on the surface. Lasting surface skim swirling around. Hard to gauge the clarity under the dim bar lights.

Lightly floral, somewhat funky with like cherry and wild yeast traits in the aroma.

Tart and funky, some light cherry traces again, full bodied and dry in the finish. Some slight savory qualities, Bretty yeast, light botanicals, very quenching and drinkable. Overall a great wild ale that was nicely balanced.
