Very sour and wonderful if you like a tart sour. From the funky smell you know this will be a tart beer. I gave it a lower rating on the smell because it just doesn’t smell good. It smells too sour. I wonder if the aging has made it more so than when it was fresh. Lightly carbonated. I love the flavor and the way it comes together in the end. I hope they make it again.

A lumpy white foam appears creamy and soft but quickly dissipates to leave behind a nearly still peach-amber body.
The nose smells really acidic with notes lemon, grapefruit, and orange, while also being botanically floral.
Taste is actually quite refreshing, bringing lemon, white wine and botanical gin barrels, with some acetic pickle notes, rose wine and balsamic vinegars.
Frothy and soft but thin and crisp, with a semi-dry finish. Really sour!
