Poured a lighter yellow body, smelled of lemon zest, tasted even more so. Mouthfeel medium, good carbonation, mildly tart lemon finish. This tasted like straight lemon juice; I haven't actually had yuzu before so I'm not sure if that's an appropriate descriptor , but essentially it was tart lemons all day. Different, not bad, but different.
