Bright gold, ample foam and visible carb trails. Lasting spotty lacing and surface skim.
Crisp stonefruit aroma, white grapes, lemon, apple, less distinct and more generally fruity.
Taste follows suit, fruit forward and moderately tart. Acidity verges into heartburn territory but holds back. Medium bodied and spritzy. Overall this was a group favorite, though I liked Sansei/Rebirth better.
Blend of spent grapes listed on the menu included Gruner Veltiner and Viognier, but i’m blanking on the others.
