Dino S'mores - Baker's Barrel Aged

Dino S'mores aged in a Baker's bourbon barrel, with no more specific details about the bourbon age. Plenty of oak character and boozy heat, along with some banana and cherry cordial on the nose and front palate. All the s'mores components are in there, though some honey and vanilla notes I would interpret as the graham are fairly muted. It's been a few years since I've had the base beer, but this is pretty delightful. Contrary to common wisdom, I recommend it cold from the fridge, as a lot more dark roasted grain bitterness comes through when approaching room temp.
