Hazy pale orange, opaque visibility, a finger of foam that recedes after the first sip.
Aroma is wild and complex, woody oak, eucalyptus, and lime citrus.
Tequila and gin barrels dovetail nicely, both lend prominent flavors, but it’s the opposite of boozy. A light and refreshing spritzer, mild funk and moderate acidity. Tangy lemon lime with a hint of agave spirit and gin botanicals.
Very well done, Off Color really excels whenever a gin barrel is involved.
