This seasonal riff on Crispy Beer for Pizza packs at extra punch of hoppiness from the Chinook wet hops from our friends at Hop Head Farms.

This is a fantastic wet-hopped beer. It has much more fresh hop aroma and flavor than most other Midwestern wet-hop beers.
Bright gold with a slight hop haze, rocky billowing head with concentric rings of lace before the first sip. Very strong head retention.
Big aromas of white grape and melon, dank tropical papaya, pear and mild tangerine. It’s complex and addictive, I kept whiffing the glass repeatedly.
Taste has a pithy citrus rind bitterness and lingering herbal earthiness. Slight crackery malt underneath. Light bodied and moderately bitter with a brisk bite of CO2.
Overall, it’s a very successful variation on their already excellent Italian Pilsner. Incredible nose, similar to the fresh hops I grow at home.

Slightly cloudy light golden color with a thick white head. Aroma is pretty faint: a bit grapefruit is all I'm getting. Taste is grapefruit and peach. Not tasting much from the malt. Body is light and super crisp.
A good-tasting easy quaffer I wish I could drink in the hot summer months.
