Wild Wit fermented with orange wine.
The base beer is our collaborative wild fermented Witbier "Ghost Lemons" made with Allagash in 2023. Five hectoliters of the beer was racked into a mature Italian wine puncheon and laid to rest on top a bed of crushed Roussanne white grapes grown in the silt loam soil of Rattlesnake Hills American Viticulture Area located in Yakima Valley, WA.
