By now we ‘ve all realized that work is stupid. So keep your head down and stay sober enough to not get fired so you can afford this Scandinavian gløgg inspired winter spiced ale double aged in Pinot Noir barrels as well as on additional virgin oak. The chestnut color will get you ready for toasting next to an open fire. A cornucopia of red fruit, cinnamon, and spice, and everything nice will unglaze your eyes from your screen and then the 12.5% abv will probably re-glaze your eyes for the push you need to get to the holiday break.
We got you covered this holiday season! While a great deal of the barrel aging comes from a 3 month holiday in French Oak Pinot Noir barrels, to enhance the oak character, we added medium/dark French oak infusion spirals to build additional tannic structure.

Today’s the day to wipe away the daily nonsense. Do your thing, alcohol. Glögg-style winter ale, pinot noir barrel aged, secret ingredients: cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel, ginger.
Tastes enough like Glögg, woody, well spiced, & warming. Big cardamom & orange peel in the nose. Full bodied, light citrus sweetness, light bitterness at the end with ginger and candied orange peel lingering. Nice.
