Appearance - The beer was maroon in color with visible carbonation.
Smell - The grains were apparent, but there was an unusual sweetness.
Taste - The backbone of a Marzen is there with a strong malt presence. In front, light, chocolate and cherry notes are present. It does not overwhelm the base beer, but has a nice sense of balance.
Mouthfeel - The body had some stickiness allowing the dessert notes to linger.
Overall - I feel like I should not have enjoyed this beer. Adjuncts in this style seems wrong. I will confess to enjoying it.

Good beer but weird metallic flavor in smell and in the beginning of sip. After taste is really good cherry chocolaty marzen.
