Pour dark mahogany with a tan cap. Smells of caramel malt, earth, peat, and prune. Taste has the caramel malt, prune and now raisin up front, with big peat crashing in and washing over with earth and dark grains in the yeast. Feel is warming and malt forward in a medium yet full body
