Cool little brewery a block or so off the main drag in an industrial area that is evolving into an entertainment locale. Open and airy with garage door opened to sidewalk seating. I probable should say that it's a beautiful early autumn day. Small L-shaped bar opposite entry seats about a dozen with a few tables in an aisle and along the perimeter. 14 well-assorted beers on tap, I had the Two Peas in a Pod and the Stealth Haze and both were excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and personable bartender. They also sell mixed 4 and 6 packs to go, along with crowler and growler fills. Definitely a place I will return to when I'm in the neighborhood.

Great beer, great people, great service, what more could you want. If they just had food they could get rated higher, but overall I had a great experience and would recommend anyone visit.

First stop on a Denver/Loveland vacation....not too hot on their IPA's, although their blood orange hazy was decent. Had a stout aged in Scotch barrels, HOLY PEAT! But damn it was good....left with a few bottles, variants of their varrel aged stout and a new favorite beer....Mountain Man. Kinda crazy that this place is located right next door to a biker bar, but thats Colorado for ya. Asked the bartenders for a good pizza spot, they recommended Toppers (think Papa Johns/Pizza Hut). We ended up finding a wood fired joint 2 blocks down. All in all, this place was awesome....and it had shuffleboard. Great brews here, will def return next time we are in the area!

this is a great little brewery, and quite well decorated for just a few years in the game. ive been meaning to check them out for awhile now, and im glad i did. they have a bright little taproom in the heart of downtown loveland, small and humble, with a right angled bar that can maybe seat ten, and a view through to the brewery and some barrels in the back. they had a nice little list of beers on while i was in, including an outstanding coffee beer done with rye whiskey barrel aged coffee beans, it was nuanced and delicious and really drinkable. i also was really impressed with a barrel aged cream ale with smoked paprika added. sounds weird, but it sure works! they had a good range of ambitious and interesting stuff on, thats what i know them for, but also some more common styles, there should really be something for everyone in here. the folks behind the bar were knowledgeable if a bit reserved, but friendly enough. i was impressed with all the beers i had in here, and would definitely say they are ahead of the small brewery quality curve, everything was really dialed. the taproom itself feels new and clean and comfortable. a great place to check out, one of the best breweries in the area from a beer standpoint. highly recommended.

A little something for everyone here. They specialize in trying new things. Some of them are incredible, while others don't quite hit the mark. But you can bet that there will always be something new on tap.

Great small place. Beer selection is excellent - every one having its own character. Bartender was nice and knowledgeable about beers and brewery. Place is small, so I imagine it could get cramped at busier times.

Tucked away in an industrial park, the tasting room is not huge, but comfortable in size and seating. Lots of tables surround an L-shaped bar. Small television above the bar, and a ton of board games throughout to entertain while you visit. There is some food available in a cooler down by the water bubbler, including some sandwiches, veggie dips, and other fare. Almost a dozen brews on tap, and beers are available to go in growlers. We went on a Saturday night, and there was a single bartender holding it down pretty well on his own. Very friendly. Definitely worth a stop if you find yourself in the Denver-metro area.

I really enjoyed the range of selection at Verboten. They have some strong permanent choices and like to experiment with new options. The only drawback to that is that you may find a favorite that doesn't come back around again soon. Everyone has their favorite styles of beer, and Verboten's brewers must line up with my tastes. If you like the styles of beers you see listed for them here, you'll probably like what you get down there.
There is a decent amount of seating and you notice that you are in the actual brewery, which is a plus I think. The reason for the service score is just that it can be awkward for the servers and customers to manage busier times serving the growler fillers and the sit down customers in the right order with the condensed bar area. The owners and workers have all been friendly.
I put N/A for the food because I haven't had it. But they have a selection of prepped sandwiches and appetizers, and packaged cheese curds. And they have food trucks come by, but I'm not sure how often.
Definitely a strong entry into the Loveland brewery scene.

I was taken here on a recent trip to Colorado by my friend who was visiting. He is friends with the owner and had yet to try out the brewery. It is a small location but clean and airy. A small taproom in the front with the small brewing operation in the back. The people were very friendly and even gave us a tour of the operation.
What really sets this place apart is the beer. I was blown away by the quality of this brewery. I tried 7 different beers and each one was delicious. I hope to see this operation expand and get more recognition. Excellent place.

Another Loveland brewery thats housed in an industrial complex....inside is nice but smaller, the tanks open to the rest of the area where there are a handful of tables and a small bar. Service was very friendly and helpful. They had about 6 or so beers on tap when there, they seem to do a lot of wheat based beers, though, which is not my thing. Fortunately, they offer other stuff that is and the beer was pretty solid, especially for a new brewery just learning the bigger equipment. Overall, solid spot worth keeping an eye on. Will have to hit the place up again to see how they grow.
